Thank you for choosing Uttarakhand Tour and Cab Services. We strive to provide reliable taxi services, tour packages, airport transfers, driver hire services, and travel assistance across Uttarakhand and North India. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment and confirmation from our team via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website.

Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the travel date: Up to 80% refund of the advance amount.
• Cancellation between 3 to 7 days before the travel date: Up to 50% refund of the advance amount.
• Cancellation within 72 hours of the travel date: No refund will be applicable.
• No-show or failure to arrive at the pickup location: No refund will be provided.

Tour Package Cancellation

Hotel bookings, Char Dham Yatra packages, holiday packages, and customized tours may have separate cancellation terms depending on hotel policies, transport providers, and third-party vendors.

Any non-refundable expenses already paid on behalf of the customer will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Cancellation by Uttarakhand Tour and Cab Services

In rare circumstances, we may cancel a booking due to vehicle breakdown, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, extreme weather conditions, or situations beyond our control.

In such cases, customers may be offered:

• Alternative vehicle arrangements (subject to availability).
• Rescheduling of the trip.
• Refund of the advance payment where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or any mutually agreed method.

• Refund processing time: 5 to 10 business days.
• Banking and payment gateway delays may affect refund timelines.

Non-Refundable Charges

• Toll taxes already paid.
• Parking charges already incurred.
• Permit fees and government taxes.
• Hotel cancellation charges imposed by hotels.
• Special event or peak-season booking charges.

Weather & Road Conditions

Uttarakhand travel may be affected by landslides, snowfall, heavy rain, road blockages, or natural calamities. Refunds will not be provided for delays, route changes, or interruptions caused by such circumstances.

Char Dham Yatra Policy

Char Dham Yatra bookings are subject to weather conditions, government regulations, route accessibility, and registration requirements. Refunds for pilgrimage-related disruptions will be considered only as per applicable service and supplier policies.

Booking Modifications

Date changes, itinerary modifications, vehicle upgrades, or route changes may incur additional charges depending on availability and operational costs.
